You can prepare this delicious cookie for parties and events, with or without an oven. To prepare this cookie, you must first prepare the dough and then put the middle ingredients in the middle of the dough.
2 glasses of white flour
1 cup of milk
1 glass of sugar
1 cup solid oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

3 and a quarter cups of oats
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
One and a half cups of dates
1 cup of wheat flour
3 and a quarter cups of water
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 cup of brown sugar
A quarter of a teaspoon of salt
1 empty cup of cold butter
2 to 3 tablespoons of sesame paste
Put dates and water in a pot and put it on medium heat until it boils. Then stir until the water evaporates completely. Remove the pot from the heat, add the sesame paste, and mix well until the mixture of dates and flour is completely uniform.
Now powder the oats with a blender. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and cold butter to the powdered oats and mix well. Spread oil paper in a suitable pan.
At this stage, pour half of the dry ingredients into the mold and press it with the back of a spoon. Then pour the date mixture on it. Next, pour the rest of the dry ingredients on it and press it well.
