Thyme Honey

We obtain thyme honey from mint flowers and pollen of thyme species, especially thyme (Thymus vulgaris), wild thyme, and black cumin. Thyme honey may be made from one flower or several flowers because the bees use other flower nectars to make honey. This honey has a pleasant aroma of thyme flowers with many medicinal and color properties, usually darker than different kinds of honey. Harvesting time is July and August
